The Rwanda’s national carrier RwandAir is set to make its maiden flight from Kigali to London-Gatwick on Saturday 27 th May 2017.

London, one of the world’s leading financial hubs becomes RwandAir’s first European and second long haul route after Kigali-Mumbai(India) which was launched in April this year.

This new milestone will happen one day after the delivery of the 4th Boeing 737-800 to the airline from the Seattle based Boeing aircraft manufacturer which will then let RwandAir totalising 12 aircrafts.

The London destination will be served by the brand new acquired triple class configuration Airbus A330 fleet on a frequency of three times a week.
